As we continue to evolve, we are going to dive deep into OFFENSE through the lens of our four ESSENTIAL priorities.

Engagement isn’t just the individual habits with the ball or in anticipation of receiving the ball.

There has to be more to it — players may not ever even touch the ball, whether by design or position depending on the sport.

Clarity is the differentiating factor between engaged and disengaged.

We’ve defined both, so now the natural progression here is how to talk about it, teach it, and create connected players who play engaged offense.

It’s all good if you know what engaged offense is, but you’re also not the one playing.

Spreading the good word and embedding this every day is the mission.
